Terms of Service

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RadarJobs.co. By accessing or using the platform — whether on a free or paid plan — you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the product. Continued use after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

RadarJobs.co provides AI-powered job search tools, including CV-to-job matching, ATS optimization, keyword analysis, cover letter generation, LinkedIn headline suggestions, and interview preparation aids. The service is provided "as is" and is intended as a productivity aid, not as professional career counseling.

We do not guarantee that use of our tools will result in employment. Output quality depends on the information you provide and the capabilities of underlying AI models, which may change over time.

Free plan — Free accounts receive 3 job-match scans per calendar month. Scan quotas reset on the 1st of each month and do not carry over. Free users have access to core matching features but not to advanced tools such as cover letter generation or ATS deep analysis.

Pro plan — Pro subscribers pay $12 per month (billed monthly) or $99 per year (billed annually) and receive unlimited scans, access to all current and future features, and priority email support. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

You agree to use RadarJobs.co only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. Specifically, you must not: scrape or systematically harvest data from the platform; attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI prompts; use automated bots or scripts to exceed normal usage volumes; or resell access to the service without our written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice. Suspected abuse should be reported to a.aitibour@gmail.com.

You retain full ownership of any CV content, cover letter drafts, or other personal materials you upload or generate using the service. By submitting content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process that content solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you.

RadarJobs.co and its licensors own all rights in the platform itself — including the website, software, AI prompt systems, branding, and any aggregated or anonymized outputs derived from usage patterns. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of platform IP to you.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing to Pro you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen billing cycle. You can cancel at any time from your Billing Settings page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.

We offer a full refund within 7 days of any purchase — no questions asked. To request a refund email a.aitibour@gmail.com from your registered address. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RadarJobs.co and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service. This includes, but is not limited to, lost employment opportunities, data loss, or reliance on AI-generated output.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $50 USD.

You may close your account at any time from your Account Settings page. Closing your account will delete your stored CV content and scan history within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for fraud prevention.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Where possible we will give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data before termination.
